RMB sentence shows wrong waypoint name

RMB sentence shows wrong waypoint name was created by dwarning
Hello,
I found a problem with the qtVlm (V.: 5.10-8) generated RMB sentence. The place for starting and destination waypoint name is mistaken:

$GPRMB,A,0.00,R,myBoat,POI12,5226.124,N,01340.598,E,3.4,133.2,0.0,V,A*3E

Here myBoat is the starting place and POI12 the first waypoint, or destination.

From standard:RMB - Recommended Minimum Navigation Information                                                             14

  1) Status, V = Navigation receiver warning
  2) Cross Track error - nautical miles
  3) Direction to Steer, Left or Right
  4) TO Waypoint ID
  5) FROM Waypoint IDCan you comment please.

Hi,
I remember I have been there already and I think qtVlm is right. There are on the net some documentation that are wrong.

Interesting! I mean From -> To would be the normal human thinking. But things are different.
This is my link:

And now openCPN 5.6.2 under Ubuntu:

You see it is vice versa the openCPN documentation. Can you check it.

Made an check with avNav too which also gave To -> From.

The documentation you are using is wrong. As I said I have been trapped already. The correct sentence is 4 = from and 5 = to

I checked again, this time in the official (not free) NMEA documentation;
It says 4 is origin and 5 is destination.
