sails file content

Hi,

I don't understand the content of file: 
sample.saildef 
placed in "polar" folder.

My actually content is:
1;GV + Genois
2;GV + Inter
3;1ris + Inter
4;2ris + Foc
5;3ris + Foc
6;GV + Leger
7;GV + Assym
8;GV + Sym

I know that GV=grand voile  = main sail (in english) = randa (italian)
But can you translate them in english or italian ? maybe for Symetric or Foc can giving me an example? Sym for example means Code zero?
Where can I find translations ?
