bluetooth stability

Hallo,

qtvlm runs on a panasonic CF20 (win 10) without any problems; companion runs on a samsung galaxy s7 (android ; to establish the bluetooth connection you have to wait up to several minutes and the connection is not stable at all; running in start mode companion updates the display around once every minute; not useable at all. Any idea whats the problem ?

Hello,
Do you have this lag issue only in race start mode? For instance map mode is OK?
Normally once the machines are paired the connection is quite fast (not very fast on Windows but in the order of 10 to 20 secs here).
Which version are you using for Companion and qtVlm?

qtvlm 5.9.8 ; companion V1.12
Map mode around 10-20 seconds to update the screen; start mode around one minute or even longer..

qtVlm should be 5.9.8-p1, Can you check and eventually update?
Companion version is OK.

Here no problems with chart mode, it's been a long time I have not checked start line mode in BT, I will tomorrow.
Any chance you can check in WIFI mode?
