Cannot load qtVlm on Pi 3b+

Hmmmm.....
This is being a little difficult. For some reason when I create the new item it will not give me the option to click OK. The OK button is greyed out.
Is this a Pi permission setting?

Not sure what the issue was but after a few frustrating restarts and a re install of the qtVlm folder with all in it and another restart all seems to be working OK.
I guess something was having a brain fart.
